Your Path Counselling, where you have a space to pause, reflect and progress along your journey.

Supporting adults through life’s stresses.

Hello, my name is Helen Spicer and I am a qualified counsellor and professional supervisor with the Australian Counselling Association. I am based in Latrobe Valley, Gippsland for in person support and offer online counselling and supervision to those throughout Australia.

I have extensive experience working with those who have been impacted by trauma. I have worked with those experiencing many of life’s struggles including PTSD, anxiety, depression and grief. I have felt privileged to be invited into the lives of many, walking along side them for part of their life journey. I hope to continue to walk along side people, exploring with them ways they can increase their wellbeing and improve their experience along whichever path they choose to walk.

I am a professional supervisor with training in clinical supervision in addition to professional group and individual supervision. I provide a reflective space for professionals to explore their practice and expand their understanding of the work and other impacts facing them.

It’s your path.

Walk the path at your own pace, take in the view (see), notice the sounds (hear), breathe in the fresh air (smell), feel the breeze (touch) and taste what the day brings you.
