About Helen Spicer
Qualified Counsellor | Professional Supervisor | Telehealth & In-Person Support
I am a qualified counsellor and professional supervisor registered with the Australian Counselling Association. offering in-person counselling in the Latrobe Valley, Gippsland, and provide flexible online support via Telehealth to individuals and professionals across Australia.
I have a strong background in supporting people through trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and the many life transitions we all encounter. Whether you’re facing a major change, navigating personal challenges, or simply needing space to reflect and regroup, I’m here to walk alongside you.
I understand that cost and timing can be barriers to accessing support, but I also believe in the value of early action, reaching out sooner can make a lasting difference to your wellbeing.
Over the years, I’ve felt privileged to be invited into people’s lives during times of struggle, growth, and transformation. My approach is grounded in compassion and curiosity, helping clients explore ways to enhance their wellbeing and move forward with confidence.
In addition to counselling, I am trained in clinical and professional supervision, offering reflective space for both individual practitioners and groups. Supervision is an opportunity to deepen practice, build insight, and support sustainability in often challenging roles.
If you’re looking for a supportive, experienced counsellor or supervisor, either in person or online, I’d be honoured to work with you.

It’s your path.
Walk the path at your own pace, take in the view (see), notice the sounds (hear), breathe in the fresh air (smell), feel the breeze (touch) and taste what the day brings you.
